Last time it lasted till week 4 or 5 so we will be ending about teh time of the AGM.
We will have to make sure that folks are compsoc members for voting.

We used https://excalidraw.com to plan using a whiteboard.
We got a good rough plan for the semester:

Bookings for Semester one are to be made via email.
