Overview

EGM where we select the new core committee members for the society. Roles up for grabs are:

  • HSO
  • Secretary

Additionally, we will be voting on a motion to change Sharky.

Hi everyone!

In two weeks from now (02/04/2025), we're going to be holding an Emergency General Meeting (EGM)!
Committee Positions

We're gonna be replacing the following core roles (which are up for grabs):

    Secretary
    Health and Safety Officer (HSO)

Constitution

We're also going to be making some changes to our Constitution during the EGM.
You can see the changes here in this pull request (PR): https://forgejo.skynet.ie/Computer_Society/open-goverance/pulls/66.
There is a paper version of our Constitution that you can see as well with highlighted sections that include the changes.
The PR above will not be accepting any changes beyond next Wednesday (26/03/2025).
Alumni Meet && Greet

After the EGM's up and done, we're also gonna be holding a meet && greet with our Alumni members!
