* Should be avoided by maybe heading up the Friday evening to cover breakfasts.

* Would have made it technically a multi-day trip due to bus arrival time

An event to put the spotlight on the Societies as they have a harder job getting out there to than Clubs due to Clubs having matches and compitions for news.
|

## Bank Mandate

* Meeting next wednesday @ 10.30 provided Pamela is OK with it. Email ready to go.
|

## Committee rules
|
|
* Members missing meetings
|
|
* This may be voluntary but there are responsibilities. This is due to people not being at the meetings.
|
|
* From next semester, have to alert the rest of the committee know that they can't make it due to prior arrangements.
|
|
* Meetings on Thursdays, may change times though.
|
|
* Make it easy for someone to say if someone can't make it.
|
|
* This week was held up by Pycon which should have been last week and there is still more to talk about next week. |
