Took a stab at it today.

Main thing is the git submodules are set up properly now (.gitmodules) and teh correct Skynet website is set for it

Some changes that should be done are teh to documentation

I will add a segment about using nix develop on nix.
Aside from that a `5.`` needs to be added where it describes roughly how to make and commit a post
