UL Wolves x UL Sustainability project- Jack O'Connor

• UL Student sustainability
• May be able to collaborate with them

Student Centre – standing item

• More meeting rooms
• Will be open 7 days a week
• Advantage of sticking with wolves.ie merch. The new shop
• Finish date: Mid-Summer Move in Sept 2024
• More discussions re furnishing rooms closer to teh time

Assets & Inventory – 3-year plan – standing item

• Get it done
• Look into 3 year plan

Scholars – C&S experiences

• If no-one is spending soc will be banned
• Closed on Bank Holiday after telling booking was good.
• Booking isnt a booking
• If dealing with scholars never verbal

Membership increase

• May loose access to other rooms in teh uni
• People may get locked out of clubs
• Might have a cap on membership
• There are only so many facilities available
• If we can run things in Daytime (8am-6pm) do try to
