# Capture The Flag

It's week 7 and the number 7 kind of looks like a flag if you squint REALLY hard, so we're having a Capture The Flag (CTF) event!
|
|
|
|
This will be an interactive event where we use the terminal and a combination of commands in order to get a "flag" which progresses us up through levels. The main goal of this event is to give people an understanding of how to SSH into a server, navigating file structures, other basic commands and concepts are which are useful in a terminal environment.
|
|
|
|
NOTE: a laptop is required to participate
|
|
|
|
As usual this will take place on Wednesday in Room 3 of the Student Life building from 6pm to 9pm. We look forward to seeing you there!
