What went well?

• The physical event well.

What didn't?

• People knowing about the later buses.
  • Countered with not being our issue if people missed the bus.

Next year

• Stay over in this hostel
  • Irene brought up when pay, talk to Lisa about this.
• Bus hire?
• Us as a society volunteering to help at it.
  • Would have been nice to notify them prior to a meeting last week, but things happen?
• Someone came up to Emma about a student throwing up in the Bathroom.
  • Should be avoided by maybe heading up the Friday evening to cover breakfasts.
• Confusion on Pizza
  • Could have taken a buses
    • Would have made it technically a multi-day trip due to bus arrival time
• Can advise against drinking.
• Contact information on the inerary and ask everyone to have a copy downloaded.

• Moris will work on it at the weekend.

Socsmass

• More Advent of Code
  • Basically the same event as the previous wednesday on the off chance that we need a workshop.
  • Have people on standby to sell comp soc.
• What is it An event to put the spotlight on the Societies as they have a harder job getting out there to than Clubs due to Clubs having matches and compitions for news.

Bank Mandate

• Meeting next wednesday @ 10.30 provided Pamela is OK with it. Email ready to go.

Committee rules

• Members missing meetings
  • This may be voluntary but there are responsibilities. This is due to people not being at the meetings.
  • From next semester, have to alert the rest of the committee know that they can't make it due to prior arrangements.
  • Meetings on Thursdays, may change times though.
  • Make it easy for someone to say if someone can't make it.
    • This week was held up by Pycon which should have been last week and there is still more to talk about next week.
