See if ITD already has licences or what the procedure is.

Contacted Martin Moran alst week:

For the licences would depend if they have them licenced already or they need to be purchased. Could ask Noel.Obrien@ul.ie and he could follow up to see if there is any existing license agreement or do ye directly purchase them.
