Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
I contacted Martin Moran last week regarding the issue of using Topdesk.
Our main issue is that Topdesk is set up for individuals to use it, not a group.

So been back and forth with Ibrahim and Martin.
Found out that external users can use
service.deskitd@ul.ie
to create tickets.This means we can create a skynet mailbox that admins and trainees can access

After some kinks this method has (initially) worked well.
Will create training materials regarding it soon
