Seems we missed a segment.

Basiclaly the new subdomain will need to be added to the domains parameter, may need more work than that though

It will most likel involve going into acme.nix to create a new cert just for mail.
Options above will also need to be added to.
Then finally on the email config will need to add all the domains
And the nginx will have to use the new host
