Kinda critical to get resolved before we let anyone on the servers.
Set the skynet old home dirs to be owned by the username of the folder and the permissions to only let the owner read it, not everyone as it currently is as that's a huge issue.

Permissions got fixed using https://gitlab.skynet.ie/compsoc1/skynet/scripts/-/blob/main/old_home.sh and creating a temp ldap group that had everyone in it.
