Moving to authentik means that the old passwords in LDAP wont be migrated over.

However there is a way to import hashes directly
https://api.goauthentik.io/reference/core-users-set-password-hash-create/

We will prob beed to make a choice on what hashes we can bring over, some of them arent going to work anyways in the LDAP regardless
