The goal of this ticket was to get our mail delivered.

Brute force way would have been to get the address whitelisted.
The more nuanced way would be to get our config spot on.

Because we have a /26 we cannot completely manage our PTR records ourselves, they have to be delegated to us.

With Martin's help was able to find the specific sectrion in teh old config and got it up and running.

Martin then went above and beyond with taking a look at the test emails to figure out any further errors.
