Currently theres no license, which means that our code isnt open source, we would need to add one to each repo we have in order to make Skynet open source

Ideally theres some way we can automagically put one on all repos below skynet/compsoc, would be a pain otherwise

I dont think ther is such a way, thankfully it shouldnt be hard to do so once we decide upon a lisence.

We might also want to look at creating a standard template for new projects with the lisence, gitignore and gitattributes?

This can be closed, there seems to be a license on all the Skynet repos now. Not sure about the open gov stuff or if they even need one
