MK I (#16) is teh brute force route where we just verify that the person is part of a committee, but cannot specify which one (without undue effort)

MK II is where we request an extension to the Wolves API that allows us to get a list of member_id of committee members for each club/soc.
This would allow us to have the committee member to use /link_wolves WOLVES_EMAIL and it will automagically verify them as a committee member as well as what committess they are part of.
It will also remove the roles if theya re no longer part of that club/soc.
