Huh

Today is 2024-08-14.
The expiry date on most folks accounts is 2024-08-31.

This means that because of the earlier reset date folks old memberships for last year persist for anotehr two weeks or so,
This should smooth out everything so instead with a big bats of de-authorisings on today it will be a smaller group at teh end of teh month.

Closes #8 as well
