Eliza b02342e61e Suggest changes regarding the EGM and fix formatting issues 
I am proposing the following changes to the constitution:
- Section 5.1.4: Committee could just organize the EGM so that the members starting the motion can't attend and that should be prevented.
- Section 14.1: Fix wrong(?) formatting.
