Realised that the Health and Safety Officer I uploaded was actually for 2021/2022 and so supposed to be put in 2020/21 instead of 2021/2022

I have changed this a little using Webstorm's autocorrect.
The only other point would be to look into if there is a way to link to an Excel file instead of an image but this would take a lot of time
