  * Misgendered several committee members, even after being corrected about it.
  * Took photos of people on PyCon trip without notifying them.
    * It was then posted publicly without asking the folks in question for permission.
  * Incidents in Anime and Manga
    * Explicit talk before it was a proper Society in voice chat.
    * Explicit talk as a Committee member in voice chat.
  * In light of the incidents in A&M, the risk for permitting Sean on the Berlin trip would be too great.
