* There are low numbers wanting to go for the competition
* Too little numbers to have them represent us as a society
* We have people organise transport themselves
* We are all in agreement that this is a good idea
* We may need a form for PRO picture taking
* We offer to take up half the cost of submitted receipts as sponsors
* No committee has to go
* Nanda is sending an email to office
  * Deadline Thursday
