## Room Bookings

* Designed to stop block bookings (games and compsoc are examples of such)

  * August 1st or so it will become available.
* Policy's for no shows
* Uni rooms still available
  * Will be under new system though to simplify process  

## Space Useage
* Student first - no charge for building useage
* Space agreement - signed each year
  * Formalish agreements between Socs, office as intermediary
* Mix of spaces, drop in vs reserved
* Promotion opportunities
  * Big screen
  * Electronic signboards around teh building

## Misc
* Auditorium has good sound proofing
* Multiball, basically wii on steroids
  * AR games using projector and sensors?
  * in the common room
* Project room on floor 3
  * Officers for life
  * Seems like Paul has long term plans/ideas for this.
* 4k projector in auditorium
  * Usable for film nights?????
* 30 million eur, originally 20mm
* Wolves store and Coffee shop will be externally managed
  * C&S ran stores before, dont have expertiese, never again
