+	- Conor will inform council tomorrow that access to Rec Drive is from 3PM ONLY
+	- Updated table plan for Rec Drive - CompSoc pod is terribly located
+		- Inquire whether we can be moved closer to help desk
+	- Long cables for new pods need to be crimped
+	- Conor will email Ronan in the Arena tomorrow regarding getting in tomorrow night for early setup
+	- Spider cables need to be bundled for new pods 
+	- 15 volunteers for rec drive
+	- Raffling 1 tinker kit, 3 USB keys - will be exclusive for new members, be raffled at first event

+	- raffle of tinker kit & USBs for members who signed up at Rec Drive

+	- Poor effort on the stand
+		No place to register at the stand
+		Even just a tablet for people to register
+		Missing an adapter for the HTC Vive
+		Still great results on membership
+		Publicise raffle on the day better
+	- Get pipes for cable management at each cluster of pods
+	- Continue help to get on a trip as it worked very well

+	- Long term memberships set up on ulwolves
+		40 euro for 5 years
+		1/2 to ring fence, 1/2 to compsoc budget
